Lodging Information

Please contact Lansdowne Resort at (703) 729-8400 and mention the Virginia Optometric Association 2025 to make your reservations, or click here to make your reservations online. The VOA discounted rate is $269* per night. Rates are applicable October 23-25, 2025. The number of rooms at this rate are limited. All reservations must be made no later than October 2, 2025.

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and checkout time is 11:00 am.  Any reserved room cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night's room and tax. These rates are for single/double occupancy.  Each additional adult will be $25 per person per night. 

Lansdowne Resort will obtain an authorization on your credit card at the time of check-in equal to your total nights' stay plus $150.00 for incidental charges. (*All rates are subject to state and local taxes, fees and assessments)
