Please contact The Greenbrier at (866) 470-9503 and mention the Virginia Optometric Association to make your reservations, or click here to make your reservations online. The VOA discounted rate is $329* per night. Rates are applicable October 23-24, 2026. The number of rooms at this rate are limited. All reservations must be made no later than September 22, 2026.

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and checkout time is 11:00 am.  Any reserved room cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged one night's room and tax. These rates are for single/double occupancy.  Each additional adult will be $50 per person per night. 

(*All rates are subject to state and local taxes, fees and assessments. Discounted rate does not include daily Resort Fee of $39.00 per room, per day.)
